Pet care experience
Hi! Our names are Alexa and Victoria and we're roommates that love taking care of doggos! I (Alexa) have a dachshund named Norman that's 11 years old and he's a little old man that we both love a lot. This led to the idea of Victoria and I starting a Rover business together! We believe we have a home that would make any pet feel comforted and cared for while their owner is away. With a fenced in yard where dogs can run around freely as much as they want and a friend to do it with because Norman loves being outside with us, every dog will have a great experience at our home and be well taken care of whether that's with love and cuddles or exercise and burning off some energy!

Alexa and Victoria were amazing!! We were nervous because we had never left Gohan alone for longer than 4 days, but we were going away for 2 whole weeks this time. Alexa and Victoria sent us videos and pictures every day and were very responsive. Gohan absolutely adored them, and you can tell they speak dog ❤️ I have used rover before and I have never been as comfortable leaving my baby as I was with them.
Alexa and her roommate took great care of my girls! I need a sitter last minute due to a death in the family, and Alexa responded quickly and was very gracious and helpful. I’m so grateful!
Alexa was so sweet to Caroline! She made sure she understood Caroline’s needs and was sure to provide lots of updates while she was in her care. We will definitely use her again!

We have a fenced in yard where dogs can play for as long as they want and a small dachshund that loves playing with other dogs. He is older so it takes him a minute to understand what playing is but once he understands a dog wants to play with him he's all in. He also understands when a dog does not want to play and typically just lays in his bed when he wants to relax. We also let dogs on the couch so they can hang with us! (Unless you prefer they stay off the furniture. We want to keep patterns the same whether at our house or yours!)

A typical day
Walks around the neighborhood as well as playing in the back yard will be frequent. Our back yard is fenced in which makes it the perfect place for dogs to get out some energy!

I currently work from home Thursday and Friday and Victoria works from home on Friday and we are typically home on the weekends. I also have a very quiet neighborhood where long walks are easy and safe! And if you have an active dog? We love taking them on runs with us!
