Pet care experience
I have 5 years of professional dog care experience. I worked at dog daycares for 3 years, the ARLGP for 6 months and have been making home visits my full time job for almost a year now. I decided I wanted to make it my full time job to enrich dogs lives by taking them for walks, hikes, as well as implementing enrichment activities such as puzzles and other activities that help stimulate their brain in the comfort of their own home. I have experience with almost every breed, temperament, and special needs. I also have some training background.

Alexa came to walk Vedder for the first time when he was injured and was very patient with him giving him extra love when he didn’t want to walk any further. Although Vedder was in pain, he was still very comfortable with her and seemed happy to be with her. We look forward to seeing how well he does with her when he’s feeling better. Thanks, Alexa!
Alexa is so easy to work with, and all my animals loved her! I’m so grateful for her taking such good care of my dog Stella while I was away. She took great photos of Stella and my kitties and it was so comforting to see how happy they were. I would highly recommend her.
We’ve loved Alexa since we first met her. My dog can be a real pain, he’s a strong puller and he’s very high energy and she is great with him. We see a huge difference in his temperament when we come home now that he’s going on walks with her. She even brings him little brain teasers to help mentally tire him! We love Alexa with our baby!

I only offer sitting at your house to keep your pets as comfortable as possible while you aren’t around. I take care of them like they are my own. With overnight services a daily walk is included as well as anything else the pet may need while I stay with them.

A typical day
I love to enrich every fur babies life by taking them on hikes in different locations to make it unpredictable for them so each time is just as exciting. I also offer pack hikes for the pups who love to socialize.
