We used Rover for the first time last weekend. Alexa was the sitter we chose and I doubt we could have made a better decision. We met her a few days prior to our travel date and instantly knew she'd be a great fit to care for our 2 dogs. We were looking for someone to stay in our home so we wouldn't have to board our pups. Alexa was/is so kind, professional, and accommodating. We were very comfortable with having her stay in our home after having just met her. Without us asking, she sent us daily updates and pics of the dogs, which my husband and I greatly appreciated. We had no worries about the care they were receiving. When we came home, our home was exactly as we had left it and she even washed the linens she used, which I find to be extremely thoughtful. We will definitely be requesting her dog sitting services again. It feels great knowing that we don't have to leave our dogs at a boarding facility where they will be stressed out and anxious. Instead, we have made a connection with a wonderful sitter who can stay in our home and care for our pups as if they were her own. Thank you Alexa!!!

I have a big and older dog and have never used a pet sitter, so was a bit nervous. Alexa quickly made those anxieties go away and went above and beyond before, during, and after her stay! She will definitely be my go to now when I have to go out of town!
