Pet care experience
I have worked with a variety of animals throughout my life including dogs, cats, horses, and rodents. I have 3 years of past experience working in a small animal hospital, as well as 4 years working for a pet photograpy business where I handled various types of pets for photos. I have two dogs and a cat of my own and I am familiar with basic training principles, having helped train our two dogs as puppies.

Alex stayed at my house and took care of my 1.5-year-old, enthusiastic Chesapeake who required a lot of attention. Alex was great. I arrived to a happy, well-rested dog and a clean house. Daily photo updates helped assure me that Bertie was in good hands. I was able to relax while out of town. I am definitely keeping Alex in mind the next time I need dog care.
Alex did a terrific job housesitting for 3 days and 2 nights. Everything went smoothly and made our trip stress free.

I am a grad student and have school/research commitments most weekdays, but typically have a flexible morning or afternoon depending on the day. I can stay overnight and stop in when I can.
