Hello! My name is Alex and I am a professional theatre artist, current graduate student at East 15, and animal lover from the States. Having either grown up with or house sat large dogs, small dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, lizards, birds, and a snake, I have over 15 years of experience caring for and loving animals of all shapes and sizes. In addition, I have over 10 years of experience fostering pregnant mother cats and kittens and volunteering as a dog walker at local animal shelters. I have cared for animals requiring special care including eye drops, ear drops, diabetic injections, oral medications, diapers, and creams, as well as animals suffering from PTSD due to previous abuse or neglect. I strive to form a strong bond of trust with the animals and families that I serve and have a history of responding calmly and quickly in emergency situations with animals. Knowing how special my furry family members are to me, I am committed to caring for every animal as if they were my own.
