Pet care experience
My first job was walking and caring for dogs at a grooming shop. Sadly the owner got sick and couldn't afford to pay me after a month. Before that I raised two pigs for fair through my local FFA chapter. My second year raising pigs I won 6th place in showmanship. I spent a lot of time making sure my pigs were healthy and well cared for. Raising pigs taught me a lot about responsibility and caring for animals. I currently have two dogs with my family. I help walk and care for each one. Their names are Rylee and Tucker. Both are Shepard mixes and they are both from ACT, a local animal shelter. Rylee is hyper and always wanting to play, while Tucker is calm and just wants to chew on a bone.

We love Alex. He takes such good care of our kitties while we’re away that he’s the only sitter we’ll ever use on Rover. He is very responsive to our needs, reliable communicative of issues that arise and always kind to our fur-babies! I would suggest anyone in the Clovis area use Alex for all your pet care needs; you and your pets definitely won’t be disappointed!!

A typical day
I can walk anywhere, but I like areas near dog parks so they can get a little more exercise. When at dog parks I like to play fetch and tug of war. If there are no dog parks close walking the local paths does the trick.
