I’ve had pets for over 30 years, and at one point I had two Wire Hair Fox Terriers and a Shih Tzu. Currently we have Kris, a Maltese/Shih Tzu mix and our black cat, Shadow. They’re the best of friends and I love taking care of them.

Information Alex P. would like to know about your pet
Ahead of time I'd like to know if the dog is a jumper. It's not an issue, just want to be prepared. Dogs get happy and like to greet so its understandable. I'd like to know what the dog doesn't like. After all, it's all about them. Lastly, of course any instructions left by the owner. It's important to be able listen to understand the client's needs.
A typical day
Parks are always fun to take dogs to. If there's one in the area of where tou live and walkable I would definitely take to the park. If you have a fenced in back yard and they like to play I'd play with them a bit.

Availability
We have a fenced in backyard for Kris to run around in and I love to take him for walks, which is why I thought being a dog walker would be such a good fit for me. Shadow is an indoor only cat, but we have lots of toys for him to play with - his favorite is the laser pointer!
