I've always had at least one pet in my home growing up. I had a large Labrador and a spirited tabby cat and was often the primary caregiver for them. I took care of our yellow Labrador mix, Max, as he started to age and we were able to ensure that his final years were still of good quality. I've always had a love and affinity for animals of all kinds which has allowed me to help neighbors and friends with their pets on several occasions. I LOVE big dogs of all sorts and I'm strong enough to handle some enthusiastic energy. I am patient and gentle and have a knack for communicating with most pets. I am in between semesters right now for college and I am looking for a part time job in the area. I am a little uncertain about my availability going forward but I am confident I can find plenty of slots for pet care during the week. I try to keep pets cared for and comfortable while letting them know that inside a house there are certain boundaries. I take care to prevent pets from damaging furniture, flooring, or appliances and stop them as soon as I notice such behavior. While I want to be friendly, it's imperative to prevent pets from damaging a home.
