My wife and I would love to watch your pooch. We love dogs and are good about giving our guests walks and scratches behind the ears. We live a few blocks from Maple Leaf Park, which is a great place to walk (so many smells!). We have a 7-year-old mutt named Salem. She is about 50 lbs and gets on well with virtually every dog. If we do have to run out, we do have a finished basement with a nice cushion (okay, it's a bed) and chew toys where we'd put your dog so that everyone stays safe. We do have two kids -- a five year old boy and a 3 year old girl. They are used to being around dogs and treat them with respect (no to teasing, yes to belly rubs). However, if your pooch finds little folks stressful then we would obviously not be a good fit. Please note that the earliest I'm available for drop offs on Fridays is 5:30 p.m.
