Dogs always make me smile
Pet care experience
My dog back home is my favorite person! At college though now I don't get to see her very often, and I've missed her so much. I'm not at a point in my life where I can feasibly own my own dog, but I would love to interact with them in the meantime. I also had a super sweet pitbull for a year and I love meeting dogs that prove harmful stereotypes wrong. Outside of that I have 3+ years experience working in wildlife rehab so I'm very comfortable around animals.

Alex was fantastic!! She stayed at my house with Benny while I was gone for the weekend and sent me plenty of updates and pictures! Benny looked like he was having so much fun with her and I was able to enjoy my weekend away knowing that he was in such good hands. Will definitely be using her the next time I am out of town!
I highly recommend Alex, she is super sweet and got along with my dog immediately. I have a German Shepard puppy who is very high on energy and she handled him very well. I will definitely be using her again. I know Max would be very happy to have her play with him some more.
Alex is amazing! She picked my dogs up at my house during a difficult time for me and was very flexible and took great care of them! My dogs are both large dogs (70-80 pounds) and she handled them both very well. We are pleased! :)

Previosuly as a teenager, I have also dog sat for a vet, and that included portioning meals with specific dietary needs as well as applying ointments and checking in on the eldest one. With my own dog I taught her a few tricks line stay, lay down, and to shake with each paw. I look forward to meeting your puppers- big and small!

Tell me your dogs favorite toys and scratching spots, but also tell me how they like to get in trouble. Also I always like the challenge of trying to teach a dog new tricks if you have anything in mind, I'd love to give it a shot.
A typical day
We'll go on all the walks of course! And I do have a few favorite areas to walk throughout town as well as some trails, especially for more active dogs.
