Pet care experience
I have always wanted to work with animals since I was little. I started pet sitting as soon as I was able to drive. I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in animal science in 2021! I have worked at vet clinics and farms during my time at school. Animals are truly my life's passion.

Alex received a BS in Animal Science in 2022. She is passionate about caring for all kinds of animals. She currently works in animal research and pet sits often. Alex worked for a vet clinic for 1 year, and is very familiar with all types of breeds of dogs and cats. She cared for our 14 year old beagle for years. She pet sits for friends and family and does an excellent job with their care- feeding, exercise, and can take them for baths if needed. She is also very good at communicating with owners. I highly recommend her!

I always ask the client what their daily routine is with their animal. I will walk dogs at least once a day (if owners do have a fenced in backyard). If there is no yard, I will walk the dog at least 4 times a day for potty breaks and exercise.

A typical day
I love the play games with all the animals I take care of! After I get off work my favorite thing to do is go on a long walk to explore the neighborhood and give us both a good workout.

Availability
I work full time. I start work at 6am, so our morning walks would be pretty early. I can come home at lunch (around 11am) for another walk. I get off work at 2:30 and will be with your pet all night!
