Alex is a great pet care giver. He took care of my dog Finnigan when I had to leave for a weekend. He always made sure I knew my dog was happy and doing well!
Alex took excellent care of our cats while my girlfriend and I were away on vacation! He sent daily photo/video updates that both confirmed his visit to our apartment each day, along with detailed specifics of the cats' behavior and activity -- it was easy to tell that the cats liked his personality and enjoyed playing with him. Alex was also incredibly flexible when bad winter weather delayed our return by a few days, and he still checked in on our cats even when snow and ice had closed roads nearby. I continue to use Alex's services to this day and highly recommend Alex for any pet-sitting needs!

I have two cats at home who require lots of attention and I’m a great playmate. I currently don’t have any dogs but I’ve grown up with many and love to play with dogs as well.
Information Alex G. would like to know about your pet
If the dog has any special needs, any fears or trauma that I should be aware of so that I don’t push the dog too far out of its comfort zone. I should also be aware if the dog is friendly with other dogs and people etc. other than that, I’d like to know if there are any quirks or unique behavior that I should look out for that may affect my walk with the dog.
A typical day
I love to play fetch, play with special toys that the dog likes specifically, improvising with a stick usually works if nothing else! Otherwise, I love to run with dogs, I try to match their energy and if they’re timid or not so energetic, I’ll try my best to provide an environment for them to open up a bit more - I’m mindful of old dogs or dogs that have fear/trauma. I love green lake and the surrounding parks for dog walking, as well as any other park that has a nice open area and nature to observe for me and the pup.
