I have been training dogs for over a decade. I’ve worked primarily with working dogs, but experience ranges from Shih Tzus to Newfoundlands. I believe that exercise and engagement are tantamount to a happy and healthy dog. Long walks, learning new commands, and playtime are part of a normal routine for my dogs, and will be for yours as well. Dogs crave exercise, both physical and mental, and the more I can provide, the happier the animal will be. Whether it’s a hike, the park, or learning “like you mean it” (my favorite when dogs “pretend” to sit or lie down), your dog will always be engaged and loved. For boarding and training, I provide a fully-fenced 1/4 acre, chickens (locked in their own but available for advanced training and aggression education), and an ultra-intelligent border collie who can lead by example when it comes to obedience training and socialization.
