Alex, Deyanira and kids were amazing with my babies. They cared for my two senior dogs (13 years old). This was my first experience with Rover so trusting someone other than family and friends was difficult. I was sold on Alex and Deyanira when they responded and agreed to watch my “babies.” Referring to my dogs as my babies showed me they understand these dogs are my children ?. The family met me outside their home at drop off, one daughter took my kiddos with excitement and showed them to the yard. My dogs are super attached to me, so when they walked off without saying goodbye, I knew they felt comfortable. The family sent me several pictures throughout the day and updated me mornings, evenings and promptly responded to my messages. I received pictures of my kiddos lounging around as if they were in their own home. I will definitely be reaching out to this family in the future to care for my babies.
