Sadly when they all passed, we did wait a while until we were able to rescue two gorgeous Siamese kittens from RSPCA. They were just under a year when we got them and looking at how these two are now, compared to when they first came home 3 years ago, they have come out of their shells so much since and love having cuddles (still on their terms of course but slow and steady wins the race haha). My boyfriend and I have a 6-month-old Show Cocker Spaniel, who is our absolute world and it's never a dull moment with him around. He is our first puppy as a couple and it has been so fun, but also quite challenging at times, with training him and watching him grow every day. As he is a very intelligent breed, we love that we can implement the training in our day-to-day lives to ensure he maintains our expectations, as well as a bit of mental stimulation. We thoroughly enjoy the everyday walks, especially seeing all the fur friends and seeing them play so nicely together! My family has a 2-year-old Rottweiler who, when they go on holiday, I look after and it consists of the standard day-to-day care. She really is a character and has a fabulous crazy side but also gives great cuddles too! I have also cat-sat for my friend who has 3 cats. We have done this since the first was a kitten, about 4/5 years ago. We had to make sure they came in of a night time, as their owners don't allow them out during the night and we had no trouble in getting them in and secure for the evening. On weekends I am normally completely free and what better way to spend my free time than with gorgeous animals, doing something I truly love!! I always make sure to follow the pet owner's routine for their animals so, that they are happy and comfortable when their owners are away.
