Hello there! I’m Alex. I’m a young professional living in Alexandria, and I LOVE all furry creatures, especially dogs. I’ve had dogs almost my whole life, and they’ve all been lovingly cared for. I’m very attentive, I love to play, cuddle, and take pups on long walks or runs. I’m one of those people that goes over to a friend’s house and ends up hanging out with the dog. 🤓 My husband (a fellow dog lover) and I also live within walking distance of a county park, and we would love to hang with your pup!

We met Alex and her fiancé, who accommodated us for a meet and greet a few nights before. Her home is clean and her fenced yard perfect for playing catch and letting dogs outside. We felt completely comfortable and at ease knowing Brinkley was in good hands. Alex’s care of Brinkley was wonderful. She was very flexible and even dropped Brinkley off at our house before we returned so we could see him as soon as we got back from our flight. Love Alex! She is a great fit for our family’s and especially Brinkley’s needs!

I’d like to know what their temperament is like toward people and other dogs. We do not house sit dogs with aggressive tendencies or who are not house trained (except for puppies, of course). Also would like to know about any bad habits such as barking, chewing, etc.
A typical day
There is a lovely county park within walking distance, so we could definitely head there to get some sniffs in! I have a large fenced in yard as well, which is great for off-leash activities. Fetch, tug of war, and hide and seek are always fun to play!

I work full time, but I telework most days. This gives me plenty of availability to take your dog for a morning and evening walk with an afternoon potty break.
