Pet care experience
I’ve worked at Bayleaf Veterinary Hospital as a Vet Tech and Kennel Assistant. I’ve been trained to handle your pets so they are in capable and loving hands. I am usually the person in my neighborhood to babysit the pets which ranges from dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, and even to lizards! I’m super flexible this summer as a college student not taking any summer classes or having a part time job so I can focus on giving my attention to taking care of pets! I live at my house with my parents and I have easy access to my car to drive over whenever. Overall, super flexible! N/A This part shouldn’t be included for me because I have a yorkie at home that gets very anxious with unknown visitors. Sorry about that!

I've known Alex for over 6 years, and she's always been incredibly kind and caring towards every human and animal she meets. Alex grew up with pets and I've seen firsthand how much her family spoils their dog, Pebbles. Also, as an experienced Rover sitter myself, I know the responsibilities required when caring for pets and I'm confident Alex can easily handle them. We've bonded over our love of pets and I know Alex will treat every fur baby like her own!
Alex is great with all animals, I’ve known her now for a couple of years. She handles my crazy lab with ease and I always feel comfortable leaving him in her care. Alex also is sure to give my cats love when she comes by to take care of Drake. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Alex is the perfect person to be a dog sitter for Rover! I met her in university where we both are majoring in animal sciences. I work as a veterinary technician and pet sit on the side for some of the clients we have at work, and she has helped tremendously with them on several occasions. I would trust her with any of the pets I have!

I would like to know how well trained they are and if accidents happen frequently. If that happens, where can I access the cleaning supplies. Also, if there are any rooms that should be blocked off, that would be helpful to know. Additionally, if we are on a walk, is your dog, dog aggressive? So we can avoid any situations like that.
A typical day
I’ll bring a tennis ball and if there’s a nice park or walkway near by, we can explore that area! I know it gets hot in the summer so we can stay off the pavement.
