I've had tons of different pets since I can first remember. As a kid I spent time around a German Shepherd, then 2 different cats who I helped raise and care for as a kid came into my life, to now where I help care for a shih tzu/ pekingese mix who is now 11 years old. Throughout the years, I've helped out friends and family with their pet care needs and I hope to expand that to others on here! Loving on pets is something I enjoy doing and to me it’s a fun way to connect with others and their animals.

Alex did a great job taking care of our many pets (dog, 2 cats, chinchilla and goldfish) and house. He even had to administer medicine to our cat twice a day.

Alex is always a consistent and responsible caretaker when watching any of my animals. He is positive and receptive when it comes to their needs. He is always my first choice when I need to find a sitter as I know my pet will be in good hands.
Alex is a phenomenal pet sitter. He stayed with our dogs (who are challenging) for a week and was super attentive. Highly recommend Alex for pet sitting. He is personable, responsible and attentive!

The times I have stayed overnight at family/ friends home's, I have cared for the pets the way the parent of the pet has outlined for me to do so. I respect their wishes and I abide to how they want their pet cared for. I want my clients to be at ease while someone they may not know is caring for their loved ones!
Information Alex B. would like to know about your pet
For me it's important to know about how the dog interacts with other animals (dogs, cats, etc.), people (kids, strangers, etc.), and how the dog does in urban areas. For example, would it be fine for me to walk your dog in an area that has a lot of people or other distractions? Also I'd want to know about the general things like your dogs eating schedule, how often your dog should go on walks, and any medications your dog may take.
A typical day
I am willing to do anything that'll help emulate what the dog regularly experiences while you're at home! Whether that be taking them on long walks or going out to a park/ trail with them and playing with them. I want them to have as enjoyable of a time as possible while also not getting lonely.

Availability
I'm currently in graduate school so I'm looking for as much help as I can get to help provide for myself while also doing something that I thoroughly enjoy to achieve this. I have class from Tuesday to Thursday from 8:30 to 5 so these days aren't the most ideal for me to take care of your pets since I'll be out of the house for the majority of the day, however Friday to Monday I have relatively no restrictions. I could also stay overnight on the weekdays if need be or if fine with you all. I will update my schedule as needed to reflect my availability.
