I'm Alex, and I'm 27yo here living in Bloomington. I am not a student (anymore) and now have a full time job in Bloomington on the Weekdays, 8-5. I come for lunch almost everyday. I have my Weekends to watch dogs full-time. I had a golden doodle growing up, and dog sat for the neighbors. I've had my own dog now for about 4 years - a chocolate lab named Milly. She is a sweetheart and gets along really well with other dogs. I live in a house in a quiet neighborhood, so noise and traffic are not an issue. I have a privacy fenced-in backyard. Your dog will be in a safe environment and will be able to run around freely. As a user of Rover, my biggest fear is my dog running away, and having a fenced-in yard provides me a huge amount of relief. If your dog doesn't get tired from stagnant walks and needs extra exercise, I'm your guy! They can play in the backyard, or we could on the Clear Creek Trail close by and go for a run. Your dog will come back tired and happy. I'm happy to do meet ups before.

Really good stay. We had to book last minute but it wasn't a problem at all. Alex sent pictures on a daily basis, took good care of our dog, and was very accommodating with schedules. I would highly recommend and plan to use again.
Alex was informative and responsive to messages while watching our two labs for a little over a week. We received plenty of photo updates, and Alex spoke with us at pick-up about their personality nuances which let me know he really got to know them and treated them as his own. We will definitely go to Alex again for any future dog sitting needs.

If your dog needs to stay over the weekdays, I just need to know your dog's behavior while I'm away at work - can be left in the house freely, needs to be contained a spare room (last picture), or needs to be caged.

I live adjacent to the Clear Creek trail, where I walk my dog. It is attached to my neighborhood, so no worries about cars.
