I have taken care of my family pet for many years and when she passed, I didn't feel ready to get another dog, but I offer you my services to share love and attention to your favorite pet!! I am just as comfortable snuggling with your furry friend as I am going for a jog with them. I have experience house sitting as well as dog sitting for more than a week at a time, and will respect the boundaries of your home while ensuring the best services provided. I am not afraid of a mess every now and then, and will always clean up after an animal that has either been sick or has had an accident. I have plenty of experience giving dogs medication as well, as my laborador required administration of medicine orally as well as to her ears and other sensitive areas.

Alex watched our dog, Rosie, for 12 days while we were out of town. He came to our house three times a day. He did an excellent job and provided her a lot of attention. He kept us updated on her status and even sent us pictures which we enjoyed receiving. We were pleased with all aspects of the care he provided. We will definitely ask Alex to watch Rosie again when we go out of town.
Alex is an extremely caring and dependable dog caregiver. He has eagerly volunteered to help me watch my dog Nugget (a 3 year-old pitbull mix) whenever I have been in a bind, and there is no one I would trust more. Alex is patient, compassion, and seems able to connect with almost any dog he meets. Nugget loves playing with Alex and I'm sure any other dog would as well!
I’ve known Alex for over 15 years and can say that he is absolutely great with with animals. My family has had him take care of our dog, Cali, and I have also had him take care of my dog Zeus and was great with both of them. He was also great with his dog Sadie. He is very kind, gentle, and patient with dogs and genuinely enjoys spending time with them. He would be a candidate for dog walking as well as dog sitting and I would personally be very happy with him taking care of my dog if I used Rover!

Please let me know if your dog has any allergies: I have standard dog treats which contain wheat, which some dogs are allergic to. Any routines are also very helpful.
A typical day
Walks, plenty of toys, nearby parks, safe interactions with neighborhood dogs. I try to make my visits as fun as possible- at your request I can keep your dog active enough to tire them out for a big long nap, or it can be a relaxing bath and a brush at home!

I am primarily available on the weekends, as I work M-F 7am-4pm. House calls for walks can be made until 10pm during the week days.
