Pet care experience
I have a six year old golden retriever and have had him in training for a year and a half for a service dog, but we have postponed the training momentarily. Dogs need a lot of care and I am happy to help someone have more time to themselves or just additional help. Dog walking- they need exercise just like us. Since getting my dog I rarely go to the gym because I feel as if I am depriving my dog from exercise, so I go on runs or walks with him. Dog sitting- enjoy a little time to yourself on vacation, knowing that your four legged friend is safely taken care of. Drop in’s- a dog needs attention and visiting with a dog is the best way just to show them you care and haven’t left them.

Alex did a phenomenal job with my energetic
Alex is tremendous. I have 2 extremely high energy Malinois' and Alex does a phenomenal job with them. She handles them exactly as I instructed and demonstrated, and doesn't allow them to push her around or get away with antics. She is extremely reliable and also very friendly. Its obvious she has a natural way with dogs. She has even been able to help me out in a pinch with no prior notice, which was honestly, incredible of her. I highly recommend you consider her for your needs!

I have a fenced backyard with turf and it’s xeriscaped. I am able to crate your pup as well if that is preferred. We can go on walks or to the dog park right down the street.

Are they territorial? Do they share well with toys? How many pees or poops do they have? I enjoy knowing more about dogs before visiting with them, and almost always have to do a meet and greet prior to committing to an overnight stay.
A typical day
Walking, running, dog park. We can play fetch or tug of wars, and with the training classes I have been to with my dog, I have learned that using treats or “sit and stays” are also very active games for their minds if it is too rainy outside.

I currently work from home and have a husband and a 4 year old little boy. We love animals and mostly love playing outside in the backyard with them. We are sure to take good care of your best friend!
