Pet care experience
Let me start off by saying that I was one of those kids who would go outside to play and end up coming back with a stray dog or cat! Needless to say, my love for animals has been deeply embedded in my heart since I was a child and not much has changed since! Except that I now have more experience with a wide variety of animals so on top of caring for dogs and cats, I’ve also cared for ducks, chickens, rabbits, horses, as well as a few reptiles. I’ve worked at a couple of vets as a kennel tech so I have some basic medical experience and knowledge. I’ve also fostered with the Humane Society and have several successful foster stories! I take the care I provide to pets very seriously so I will ALWAYS require a meet and greet BEFORE a stay is booked. This is to ensure that you and your pet(s) are comfortable with me and that it’s a good fit for me as well. I currently live in a smaller apartment with my partner and our 3 pets so I am only offering dog walking, drop in visits, and house sitting services. BUT if you have a smaller (25lbs MAX), fixed, well behaved dog, I would be willing to consider a short boarding stay (2-4 days MAX). I have my boarding services set as away so when contacting me, you can just select a request for house sitting. If things work out, the necessary modifications to the request, will of course, be taken care of.

if you’re looking for a sitter for your pets, you can’t go wrong with alex. not only does she provide great customer service but she also takes such good pictures of your buddy’s ? she was very good at communicating all throughout the stay and my dogs seemed very happy at all times.
Alex is amazing! Shes on time and spends fun time with all the girls, my 17 year old and my puppies. She takes great pics too!
This young lady over the years has shown not only the love for animals, but is dependable, compassionate, and very reliable. Alexandra has babysat for my fur babies on many occasions for the past 7 years, whether it's a day or 2 day stay, or a long stretch, like when we're on vacation. She'll take photos and videos of my fur babies, while either when walking them or playing with them. We'll FaceTime with my babies and she'll keep me posted of any concerning matters or just in general to pop in and tell a story of how cute my babies were playing. She has my utmost trust babysitting my babies (my family). She goes above and beyond to make sure my babies are comfortable and loved. I will continue having her as my babies babysitter as long as they live. She shows a lot of care and compassion and just an example, she gives us little surprises sometimes and trims their nails and baths them sometimes, when I say she goes above and beyond this is what I mean.
Alex has watched my cat multiple times and I could not be more thrilled with her level of care! My cat is a little older and very needy and she took to Alex immediately, which made me feel very comfortable leaving her under Alex’s supervision. If you’re looking for someone who is going to give your pets all of the snuggles, love, and care they can handle then look no further because Alex is your gal!

Availability
I am a stay at home fur mom with my own reliable transportation and open availability which will allow me to provide lots of love, play, attention, including any other care instructions/preferences you may have. And of course, frequent potty breaks. I am a bit of a night owl so late visits/walks can potentially be accommodated. This would just need to be discussed prior to me accepting a booking.
