Servicing Fort Meade, Maryland (I have full access to DOD installations). I just moved to this area from rural Kansas (Facebook was my primary method to book people as less people had Rover accounts). I'm COVID vaccinated. I love animals. I’ve been watching co-workers/ friends dogs & cats while they are gone on business or vacation for a bit now. I recently decided to use Rover verses just word of mouth. For walks- I can walk your pet from a block to 1.5x miles during the 30minute break depending on the activity level and age of dog. If a drop in- I will take them out, play with them and ensure they receive love and attention. I’m willing to check on additional pets (fish, lizard, bird, etc) if needed. If staying at your house- I will give your pet love and attention, walk them as needed, let them out for multiple potty breaks. I understand pups (under 1yr) and older dogs often need more frequent breaks. I can send you photos as well, so your confident they are safe. For cats, I will ensure cat litter is clean and will play, brush or pet as the cat allows. For all pets: I’ll feed/water per owners directions. Dogs & Cat with litter- I understand the extra attention (and clean up) needed. I’m not afraid of any breeds. I will fully follow your instructions. If the dogs / cats have made a mess between walks or knocked over the trash - I can clean it up while I’m there. All I request is you are open and honest about your pets behavior. I know each pet has their own personality and the owner knows them best. Just let me know their likes & dislikes so they are comfortable when you are unavailable.
