I want to give your pets a loving and nurturing experience while their best friends are away. I hope to provide stability, lots of pets and cuddles and any care required to ensure they feel good having me in their home or alongside them for walks. I have been pet sitting since I was a 6 year old and house sitting for more than a decade and take the utmost care to demonstrate my gratitude for the opportunity. I will never forget to water your plants or take your pets for their favorite walks. I am trustworthy, deeply empathetic, quiet, respectful. I am an active foster volunteers for a local senior dog adoption organization called Muttville. I have fostered senior dogs and provided a safe and loving space and care for dogs with high medical needs, those who are on "fospice" and those who are in need of stability for a forever home transition. I have been involved with Muttville for the last two years and have also been a home to turn to for friends who need to drop their dogs off for a weekend away, weeks away or sometimes just a day to do errands apart from their pack. I think it is a huge privilege to care for a home and pets that are deeply loved by someone else and take utmost care to ensure I respect and cherish the spaces I house-sit or pet-sit in and feel so grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting others to care for their homes and beloved pets. Ona side note - I have also always been an active gardener and indoor plant parent and take the utmost care in looking after other folks plant buddies - I get it, they are family too. I derive enormous joy in tending to others' gardens and landscape - I am an arborist and have done lots of habitat restoration, landscape and plant nursery contract work - so you could say your plants are both safe and exalted in my company : )
