I was so impressed with how knowledgable Alena was, she is obviously a pro and has been around dogs enough to know exactly how to get them to feel comfortable and safe with her. This was such a relief and helped to know they were in good hands while we were away! She was very accommodating, we had a meet and greet at her house before and Panda and Flóki already started falling in love with her then! Alena kept us updated with photos and videos throughout the whole week and also with information on how they were getting along, which assured me she was very attentive to their needs. I could also tell afterwards they had been feeling relaxed with Alena, they were very happy when they got back home and didn't have any pent up stress and they even wanted to say goodbye to her before she left (not a regular thing for them when they've just got back home to us from a trip away!). We had such a good experience with Alena, I will definitely contact her again next time we need someone to take care of our cuties while we are way!

My Dad was going to write this review, but I insisted that I would dictate and that he would write. So technically, he IS writing this review (my Dad is so easy to outwit!). Alena took great care of me. I loved my one on one time with her. We talked about life and things like what it is like to have white hair even when you are young and how difficult it can be to scratch your own back. She and I sent Mom and Dad pictures and messages over the 4 days they were away. It is important that parents not worry! I rate Alena 5 bones! (That's the best!) Thank you Alena! Winston!
