I love dogs because they’re so loving and loyal themselves. They’re always excited to see you, and they brighten every day you get to spend with them. I currently can’t have any dogs in my home, so I’m looking forward to loving other people’s dogs and welcoming them into my life. I can’t wait to have fun and go exploring with them! I fell in love with dogs at a young age--we adopted my first dog when I was eight years old, and I loved him dearly (and still do!) until he went on to doggy heaven twelve years later. My second dog, unfortunately, was only with me for a short time. She was five months old when she came home with me, but she passed away a little more than a year later. She experienced very bad seizures and just couldn’t overcome them. Since then, I’ve gained a lot of experience with dogs all ages and sizes, as well as dogs with a range health concerns. I’ve been dog-sitting for a considerable amount of time, I’ve volunteered with shelters, and, of course, owned my dogs. I’m open to care for any furry or feathered pets, but most of my pet-sitting experience has been with cats and dogs. I currently have a cat living in my home, and I’ve always had cats growing up. (Dogs are my preference, but I’m certainly happy to help out with cats in the home, as well.) Others find me reliable, compassionate, and goofy. I always follow through and live up to my commitments. I’m very loving, and I enjoy making those around me feel happy. I also enjoy having fun and being silly, which dogs especially love.
