Albert is a very thoughtful caregiver and was able to keep my dogs happy throughout their stay. It’s plain to see that he has a natural fondness for animals, and caring for them as individuals comes intuitively. He kept in regular contact, messaging photos and updates throughout their stay. He also followed the care instructions I left exactly. The best indicator of how my dogs felt about all this was that one of my dogs resisted leaving his home when I came by to pick them up!

Albert was fantastic! This was our first time using Rover, and the first time leaving our pup with a non-family member. Everything went perfectly. Albert provided constant communication and pictures which helped ease our minds while we were away. Our dog loved staying with Albert and we all look forward to using his services again!
