Albana and Marc were AMAZING with our almost 2 yr old Labrador Retriever Leo and with US! This was the 1st time we travelled without Leo since we rescued him at 12 weeks old. We took Leo to a few boarding facilities but we didn’t feel comfortable leaving him for the week. We then reached out to a few sitters on Rover and Albana was the 1st to respond. They already had plans for the last night that we needed someone to take care of Leo but they were willing to take Leo with them on their road trip as long as we were comfortable with that. Honestly, I wasn’t. So we hired another dog sitter who cancelled on us on Friday 2 days before we were leaving on Sunday!!! I reached out to Albana again to see how they may be able to help for 6 of the 7 nights. And she was super accommodating and very understanding with our circumstances. Albana and Marc allowed us to come over to their home Fri night for us to meet with Leo. And when we dropped off Leo, even allowed us to bring over Leo’s large crate so he could feel more at home. Albana and Marc then helped us coordinate with the dog sitter who Leo would stay with before they left on their road trip. Marc even dropped off Leo’s crate to our home while we were away. They sent photos and were always responsive to texts. We will definitely call Albana and Marc again to dog sit for us and highly recommend without reservation.

Albana and Marc were great with our dog Disney. They were super warm and receptive when they first met her and we weren't ever worried. When we picked Disney up later that evening she was happy and tired. Just what you want when looking for a sitter and we'd definitely book them again!
