I have one wonderful dog of my own, he is 5 years young and named Nick! I adopted him while working at the Alachua County Humane Society as an adoption counselor. There, I was able to foster many dogs and learned the ins and outs of individual dog needs and how dynamic a dog can be for ones life. I value the nature of dogs because I have seen first-hand how therapeutic and delightful they are; the innate goodness they have can be felt by anyone who has an awareness of an animal's consciousness. I believe wholeheartedly that dogs are sentient beings, just like us, and I have had experience working alongside and for dogs...needless to say, I would be happy to meet you and your dog! ?
