*** To begin, I believe in private care, and therefore I will only take 2 clients pet(s) at a time so I can take as best care as possible. I have owned various pets throughout my life as I absolutely love ALL animals. I understand that your pet is like family, which is why I treat them like a family member. I have years of experience caring for dogs especially, and am very attentive to their needs. I live in a single family home in Dundas with a fenced in backyard, situated very close to many hiking trails (especially the rail trail). I understand that all dogs and cats have different temperaments and needs, and therefore will be sure to tend to each and every need. I am very patient, trustworthy, empathetic and loving towards all animals, and I promise to give the absolute best care possible to your furry family member!

Alanna and her partner were lovely. They had great communication, and a wonderful space for our molly to run and play! It felt like they genuinely cared for molly, and wanted her to have a great time. She did a great job keeping us updated, and also respecting our wishes for care. We will definetly be sending molly to Alanna again. (P.S. she takes the cutest photos)
Look no further for a sitter or carer! My 2 elderly dogs stayed with Alanna and her husband for 5 nights and communication was easy, I received photos and was totally confident they were being well cared for. Alanna and her husband are lovely, warm people - you can teust them to take care of your furry family members.
Alanna was very professional and highly recommend for any Rover service for your pet.
Louie had a fantastic time with Alanna. It was the first time I’ve left him with anyone and she took excellent care of him. They went on walks, played and chilled out. As I am currently just offering dog walking, I ensure that the pups are always on a leash and bring water to ensure they don't go too long without hydration.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs, I can accomodate to the amount of exercise they need. If they are older or just can't walk too far I will ensure that the length of the walk is adjusted accordingly. I also have a fenced in backyard and would be happy to play catch with them all evening.
A typical day
I love to hike all of Dundas, however Dundas Valley is my favourite. I have a membership at both RBG and HCA, and therefore can hike many different trails (Arboretum, rail trail, Dundas Valley, Bruce trail, Cherry Hill, Websters Falls and more).

Availability
I currently work full time hours from Monday-Friday, however I hike daily between the hours of 5-8pm during the week and my hours are more open on Saturdays. I don't currently offer walking services on Sundays.
