Pet care experience
I grew up with two large malamute, German shepherd mixed dogs until my freshman year of college. A few years later, I adopted a Black lab mix who was my ride or die until he passed away recently. I love pets, especially dogs, and will always treat them like a member of my family. With me, you can expect and trust that your pet will receive loving, compassionate care while you’re away. I will dedicate my time to ensuring they have everything they need and all the cuddles they can stand. In my home or yours, your pet will be treated like family.

I live in a single-family home in a nice, quiet suburban neighborhood with fenced in yard. I have no other pets at home. If I’m house and pet sitting, I will respect your space while caring for your pet’s needs. In either location, I will follow your care instructions to ensure you feel safe leaving your pet with me. I will also provide updates and will be available 24/7 so you can be sure your pet is cared for and happy. While I prefer to keep pets off the furniture in my home, if you have a blanket they can lay on, I would be willing to make an exception.

My job is to make sure your dog is comfortable while you’re away and to give you peace of mind. Please let me know: - If there’s something your dog likes or doesn’t like. - If they have favorite toys or treats. - If you follow a particular schedule with your dog. - If there area places your dog likes to go. - If there are any medications I need to give them, or an injury I should look out for. - How they react when they see another dog. - If it’s okay to greet/play with other dogs.
A typical day
Activities really depend on the dog, their personality, and what they enjoy. In general, I love taking dogs on walks to get their energy out. I also like to interact with them and their toys to bring out their playfulness. I also love snuggling up with a dog if they allow it.

Availability
I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight boarding Monday through Sunday. I’m currently at home full-time; however, starting in August, I may need to be away from home a few hours a day. Please let me know how long it’s okay to be away from your pet. My priority is making sure your pet stays safe and has the comfort they need.
