Pet care experience
I'm back! And hello there! My name is Alana and I would love to help care for your fluffy family member! I began offering care on Rover in 2017, as well as the old fashioned way through word of mouth. I've been around dogs and cats my entire life and love all fluff! I am experienced with all ages, shy pets, and administering medication (pills, eye drops). I am currently offering drop-in visits for cats and dogs of all sizes. I love offering drop-in visits for your pet(s) in their own space, ensuring they are comfortable and very well cared for while you are away. I always send a detailed Rover Card after every visit and respond promptly to questions. I understand the value of communication and responsibility being a pet owner myself. Alana watched our cat, Cinder, while we were out of town for a couple of weeks. She was an excellent communicator, ensured that Cinder had lots of love/attention and kept our place in excellent shape. We are looking forward to working with her again next time we travel.

A typical day
I let the activities be determined by your pet and their comfort level. If they love to play with toys, then we do that! If they love to be loved on, then that is how we spend our time! I strive to maximize interaction as much as possible, but do not force it allowing for trust and comfort to be built.
