I never use anything but a firm command as a way to discipline dogs. I have a host of walking areas within easy distance of my home. My home has a fenced back yard. I make sure to pick up after all pets in my care. I have been taking care of dogs since 1985. Nothing is as important as the health and safety of dogs in my care. I am a great dog sitter because I love dogs of all types and nearly always have a dog with me. Dogs help us live longer and healthier lives, which is a blessing for all of us. There is also a dog park within a few miles of here. I have a fenced in back yard and make sure your dog can't escape it. If your dog is a large dog who pulls on the leash, I keep the leash short and take him/her for walks around a very safe neighborhood.
