I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to become a sitter! Working with dogs is a life-long dream, and I can’t believe it’s coming true. I've been a dog lover my entire life; every dog I see has the potential to become a new best friend! Their companionship and devotion is incredible. No matter how you’re feeling, they’re there for you, just like any family member. As a dog owner myself, I worry whenever I’m away about whether my dogs are getting the love and care that I give them. I want you to know your baby is being taken care of and loved throughout my stay! I have two fur babies of my own: a 1-year-old Aussie named Sawyer and a 4-year-old mixed breed named Samson. They’re my life! I’ve been caring for dogs of all ages, including young puppies, since I was 7. I even worked in a vet clinic for a little while, but I realized that personalized care is better for me than the often-heartbreaking work of a vet. I’m a deeply empathetic person; I care with my whole heart, and give 100%. There’s nothing I’m more passionate about than taking care of dogs! I spend most of my free time with my dogs. We love hanging out by the lake, playing fetch with sticks and balls. My Aussie, Sawyer, loves being in the car, so I often bring her along on errands. Local businesses with dog-friendly patios are another favorite. I also enjoy swimming, on my own or with pups! I live right on the lake, with lots of room to run around and play. We also frequent dog parks, and I’m happy to take your pet to their favorite places whenever possible. My dogs come with me almost everywhere. When I was younger, we had all kinds of pets: dogs, hamsters, bunnies, ducks, snakes, birds --really, any animal you can think of! My grandparents also had a farm with horses, goats, cows and chickens. That’s how I developed a love for animals! I’m focused on providing care for dogs, but if you have other pets as well, we may be able to work something out. I can’t wait to meet more fur friends!
