Excellent care. Instead of leaving him home she took Windy to her Mom's to play with another dog his size. He felt very at home with Alaina. Made sure he went for walks to relieve himself.

What can I say. Alaina was great! This was the first time I have used Alaina and I couldn't be happier with her service. My 4 year-old collie, Charlie was on some medicine, during his stay with Alaina and so he wasn't eating much. She went so far as to hand-feed him, so he would have food in his stomach before taking the medicine. Now, being a single-mother with an 18 month old child, that was going above and beyond what she had to do and I commended her for it when she told me. Alaina, kept me well-informed, via texting and sent pictures and a short video of Charlie playing with her daughter, Noa. Charlie absolutely loved playing with her. She is a real darling and a cutie. Alaina told me about her experience with an irate customer. I felt bad for her. I think she does a fantastic job. I am a retired Army Officer and I would have felt very fortunate to have someone like Alaina working for me. If she had been in the service she would have received excellent evaluations and early promotions, because she is very knowledgeable and loves what she does. She is dedicated. She loves animals. She has excellent people skills. She puts her heart and soul into her work and is a great mother, also. I will definitely use Alaina again for future dog-sitting.
