Pet care experience
Hi - I'm Akriti! I've been dog-sitting and cat-sitting for 5+ years now and have yet to meet a puppy or kitty I didn't immediately fall in love with! I work from home 9-5 M-F, but have flexibility and am able to take a break in between my day to stop in and check on your pet. The longest I've dog-sat was for 5 weeks a couple years ago when Sadie's (the puppy) family was on vacation in Italy! We had a great time together and I was even able to train her to be off-leash in the ball park and teach her tricks by the time her family came home! I do not have any experience with special needs pets, but am more than willing to learn how to care for your pet to make sure he/she stays healthy!

Akriti was great with our cat Alan. She checked in frequently and sent multiple photo updates.
Akriti was great. She kept us updated with texts, photos and videos. She watched our 2 dogs, cat and fish! Everyone was happy and well fed while we were gone. We will keep Akriti in our regular rotation of house/animal sitters.

A typical day
We will explore the community around us on our walks. Once back inside - loads of belly rubs for your puppy! I typically wait for dogs/cats to finish all or a substantial part of their food before I head out from a check in, just to make sure they are happy and fed and watered before I leave.

Availability
I can check in on your pet before I start my work day, so around 8am. And then you can choose a second check in either around lunch time (1-2pm), or after work (5ish pm) depending on your preference.
