I am the proud father of snickers (my dog). I was recently introduced to Rover and realized how accessible dog sitters can be (phew, that took a lot of weight off my shoulders). Rover works efficiently with the contribution of everyone and I would like to be one of those people who is willing to provide a helping hand for my fellow dog owners. I understand how challenging it could be to find a trustworthy, reliable, and loving dog sitter but have no fear - I am here :). I have experience pet sitting dogs and I find great admiration in doing it! My current work allows me to work remotely so I have the ability to set my own schedule and I'm flexible. As an owner of a dog, I know how stressful it could be trusting a complete stranger to your dog. Right from our initial meet and throughout the sitting; my goal is to make everyone comfortable, happy, and peace at mind as much as possible. Dogs are not just pets but family and companions that should be treated as such. I am against negative reinforcement and follow a positive recognition/approach when handing dogs. I am more than glad to work with any specific requirements or techniques when sitting your dog. Health is wealth, that being said I am more than willing to do physical activities (running, walking, play fetch, soccer) up to 3 times a day. That is a win win situation for both your loved one and myself :). Communication is key when sitting dogs which helps easy the separation anxiety from owner to pet so I will ensure that regular updates are sent via messages, pictures, and videos.
