I'm not sure how to start this message I booked with this Rover sister for boarding. We spoke on the phone and explain everything that the dog needs including walking the food and her medication as she has it posted she has experience in Senior dogs medication and so on it also says that she has a fence backyard and the dog is free to walk around I promise I brought the dog to her on Wednesday and explain to her the second time everything that needs to be done included a bill of health from my Woodbridge veteran the show the dog is in good health on Thursday the next day I get a message that my dog was peeing and pooping inside our house and specifically told her the dog should be walked especially for in the morning and her father said it's okay he'll walk her I'm not sure if they did or not she said she doesn't want the dog in the backyard because she has fruit and vegetables then white post something that you have a fenced property and you cannot have pets in the back I even explain to them my dog is shedding which gives me the reason why my dog was contained in one area I have photos to prove it she continuing with the messaging about my dog that she cannot handle it on Friday she says me no message that she cannot no longer watch this dog that she wanted me to send the dog to a nearby dog kennel which technically was about an hour from me I called the owner of the candle because it was an emergency due that she could not complete her service. Explain the situation he said you can bring the dog around 9:00 a.m. the dog sitter said she can because she has no transportation so we kept it for 2:00 p.m. but unfortunately she had no transportation then she agreed to do it at 4:00 p.m. the dog kennel said no problem the dog was not dropped to almost according to the last text was 9:30 plus or minus I don't understand why the dog was dropped that late the owner the can of told me that he noticed my dog can I get off the vehicle so he had to help her bring her down he explained that to me when I went to pick her up the owner of the door panel was very respectful he gave me Faith and Hope the dog is going to be fine the dog sitter under the Rover took a picture of my dog and a holding cage at first I thought that's what my dog was going to spend the next few nights I was upset and disappointed and a lot of stress knowing that I'm in Orlando Florida attending a wedding continue to get messages so I agreed to leave the dog to stay there and the owner of the candle said no problem he'll take care of her the Rover sister was paid in full. She texted me saying that it will not cost me much at the kennel at the same time she's trying to keep the total amount not even get credit for it I had to call the company Rover explain the situation and they fully refunded me for the total stay I had to pay the dog kennel also Rover's customer service was very helpful they told me that she violated some rules one she was supposed to contact Rover and have somebody from Rover take over the sitting of my dog if they could not then she'll be able to transport the dog at a nearby dog kennel but she didn't follow the rules if you post that you have a fenced in property and the dog is free to walk around then you sure agree to what you post my dog should not be locked in a house when she's used to looking out the window and walking around not being contained and someone's property miserable when I brought the dog home I noticed she was injured and her front right leg I called over they told me to send her to a nearby vet the vet told me that she was pretty much hurt but not sure how she was hurt was it the neglect of her who's sitting my dog but we will never know that so she got medication and she's being treated for it something that the kennel said me makes plenty of sense. That's why I noticed my dog was hurt my dog is used to running up the steps and down the steps unfortunately she couldn't go up the steps I have to carry her for the next couple days until she fully gained her strength I would never recommend this woman and no one should leave a dog with someone that can't keep up with their words if you can't handle a big dog they don't according to her site according to Rover she only does small dogs why she took my dog don't make no sense if you cannot handle something don't do it if you cannot commit the full service don't do it refund me don't interrupt someone's trip whether the vacation or what is a wedding like me instead of had a bad couple days trying to figure out what's going on with my dog so please read this understand I'm not saying she's a bad person because she was very well spoken and very polite including her father and what goes on behind closed off I will never know or I can say is my dog was transferred to a different facility unauthorized by Rover did not keep her word and my dog came back injured and I would never know what happened

Thumbs up has a wonderful time whenever he is with Ajsha. She sends us regular updates, walks him and he loves to play with her family including her little doggie. We would strongly recommend her
