I contacted Ajia last minute to board my dog. I was already out of town and notified that our dog sitter had an emergency and fell through. My mom was able to drop off my dog the next day before she also went out of town. Ajia said that all she needed was dog food. While my dog was with her she never once reached out to me to let me know how my dog was doing. I contacted her 3 times, I wanted to contact her more but didn't want to be a nuisance. I asked how it was going all 3 times. Ajia mentioned that my dog wasn't eating but I let her know she's been doing that recently. Other than that Ajia said my dog was fine and even called her a sweetheart. On the last night Ajia texted me at 7pm and said my dog had been barking all day and someone needed to come get her. I was 6 hours away. I was able to arrange for someone to get her and then I let her know that flaking on someone like this is unacceptable. She told me that my dog had been barking nonstop the whole time and she just said that day to "be modest". I asked why she didn't tell me when I asked how my dog was and she just said she wouldn't go back and forth with me about this. I would've happily ordered stuff on Amazon to help my poor dog, if she was actually barking the whole time, which I don't even believe she was. Then, when she was dropped off at my home she went outside and urinated for a long time... It makes me wonder if Ajia took her out enough. Leaving my dog with Ajia will be the biggest regret I'll have as a dog owner. STAY AWAY!!
