I’m A.J. and I love dogs! Ever since I was a child, I felt like I connected more with dogs than I did with humans. It has been something natural and energetic. I always feed off the energy of every pup I meet and they feed off mine. If I’m happy, kind, and peaceful, my canine companions will be too. Bringing happiness to a dog is something I could live with doing for the rest of my life. Growing up, there was always a dog around, which has allowed me to experience a wide variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities of doggies. Additionally, I have volunteered with dogs at various rescues and animal centers and have had professional house and dog sitting gigs outside of Rover. Though I’m most skilled in the care of our canine counterparts, I have assisted in the care of cats, lizards, ferrets, pigs, and chickens. I would be happy to supervise any type of animal on Rover, too! I know how hard it is to be away from our furry friends so I aim to create a loyal, respectful, and communicative relationship with both you and your pup. I can stay in constant contact, sending photo, video, and text updates so you know how much fun we’re having together. I will also provide your dog with anything they need and will make sure you know I will do whatever is needed to bring peace and tranquility to you and your best friend! When I’m not pet sitting, I truly enjoying being out in nature, finding parks and trails to adventure on. Obviously having a puppy to accompany would make the day that much better.
