Pet care experience
We’ve had numerous rescue and foster dogs (cats and turtles too) including paralyzed and special needs. Our pets are our family and we love and care for them as much as we care for each other. We now just have 2 turtles that enjoy our yard along with the pups we board. We have a fenced in yard that was secure for our dogs. We also have a full security system including being able to monitor any pup that is boarding should we need to leave the house.

Bernie was extremely excited to go stay with Aj and Anie! He had only participated in dog walks but was excited to be going for an extended visit. When Bernie sees them, he is very happy and excited. That is a good sign he is well cared for by them. They were very flexible with our ever changing schedule and very communicative throughout the process. I feel my pet is well cared for and safe with them. I"ll be re-booking soon.

Information Aj & Anie S. would like to know about your pet
Please let us know any special needs, likes and dislikes of your pet. We would like to know if your pet can sleep on its own and if they are comfortable for a few hours alone. While we are home most of the day we have learned that the Pandemic has lent animals and humans to being together 24x7 and that at times being alone can cause anxiety. We would also like emergency information/contacts as well as any stress triggers they may have so that we can make sure you’re time without them is as smooth and safe as possible. We do need your pet to be able to control or maintain their bladder/bowels within reason, meaning we understand accidents happen but on a regular, can your pet maintain itself (within a crate, within 4-6 hours etc)
A typical day
We live close to Golden Gate Park, Stern Grove and Ocean Beach. We love to walk and to explore the City. We also enjoy quiet time and TV, if that involves pup belly runs or head scratches well that makes it even nicer.

Availability
We currently work from home and go on frequent walks throughout the day. We enjoy the company of dogs and have many beautiful places to walk with them as well as a enclosed yard.
