I love dogs. I grew up with a dog and now my boyfriend and I live with the best rescue pup imaginable. I work from home full-time, so I am fortunate to have a very flexible schedule. Jana, my (almost) two-year old Chwippet is cuddly and entertaining, but she too loves the company of other dogs. Part of my reason for signing up for Rover is so that she can make some new friends too. As I spend a good portion of the day in front of my computer, I like to take frequent breaks to walk Jana, play with her in the backyard, or wrestle with a chew toy. When your pup comes to stay, he or she will enjoy all of this playtime along with ample time to run around the house and the backyard with Jana. Does your dog like to run? So does Jana - she runs circles around most dogs and really loves when she finds a pup who can keep up with her! When we venture outside of the neighborhood, I plan to take Jana and your dog for strolls along the Bayou, on the path in Crescent Park, and in the open spaces of City Park. If your dog enjoys social spaces, I will gladly take your pup to one of New Orlean's many dog-friendly bars, where I meet up with other friends and their doggos. Jana and I will ensure that your precious pup feels right at home.
