I've worked for 2 reputable dog walking companies circa 2007. When I became pregnant I took some time off. In 2008 I started Aimee's Pet Sitting service in Chesterfield and the surrounding areas. 6 years ago we moved to Cumberland and I started dog boarding. I love dogs! Many of my customers come from Chesterfield to board with me still. I have amazing references! *UPDATE JANUARY 2024* I'm trying something new this year and focusing more on dog walking, and overnight stays/house sitting instead of dog boarding! Aimee has taken great care of our puppy for long weekends over the past year. She has a great fenced in outdoor space that our pup loves! She is so sweet with our pup, very affectionate and thoughtful. Roscoe comes home happy, tired and smelling good!!!! We love having Aimee to count on, she's always great at communicating, responsive and a pleasure to work with!!
I left my pup with Aimee for a week when I went on vacation across the country, and I always get super nervous to leave him with anyone. She has a great yard for the pups to play in, her house was clean when I arrived to drop him off, and she spent plenty of time listening to me about my concerns with him. I have some separation anxiety and need lots of updates, and she was very responsive and sent a photo or two every day with an update on how he was doing. He was EXHAUSTED when I picked him up
We could not be happier with Aimee! 3 massive bloodhound babies is a lot to take care of… and she rocked it! Our babies were well taken care of and she sent us lots of pics and updates during their stay! We absolutely would trust her with them again without question! ??
I am super happy to have found Aimee through Rover.com. She was very communicative and sent pictures of Gracie throughout her stay. Aimee gave us good feedback about Gracie and I was really pleased with Gracie’s stay at Aimee’s.

Your pets will be loved as they were one of my own. They won't even know you are gone! If you are looking for overnight in your home visits, I'm able to take care of all pets in your home, not just the dog! Cats, reptils, birds etc are all loved by me! We can discuss some light cleaning, watering plants, bring mail in and such as well.

No breed preferences! I'd like to know if they ever have showed aggression to humans or other animals. It would also be nice to know if they are house broken! Any and all medications your pet is currently taking (even if I am not administering). Any stressful triggers, (loud noises-thunder, fireworks), storm anxiety, other pets. If possible, a local emergency contact for you.
A typical day
Im open to any options for where I could take the dogs for walks, depending on the activity level of each individual dog. We have our neighborhood street walks, wooded adventure, we even have the option to go for adventure hikes throughout Bear Creek State Park.
