Love our furry friends!

Pet care experience

I own a 3 y/o Shih Tzu/Pekingese! My family has owned dogs from 8 lbs to 130 lbs! We love all furry friends and accept them as they are, whether they drool, jump, or talk! My dream breed to own is a giant breed (Irish Wolfhound!) but regardless of breed, they’re special to me! I love taking dogs to places they can run around and really enjoy time outside! I have worked as a Medical Assistant for 7 years taking care of the sick and elderly! I have a lot of patience and a heart to match. I believe in “Positive Reinforcement” training methods and like to keep up to date on current training methods for personal use! I am also more than happy to help with bath time or reinforcing anything you’re working on with them! I love reading about Canine Enrichment activities and I love watching them figure it out. I am passionate about dogs and would love to meet yours!

I have a black lab named Cooper who is literally my baby. I would trust Aimee with him over anyone else in my life, she is one of the most caring people I know, and loves dogs more than most! We’ve actually joked that she gets Cooper if anything happens to me, because I trust her that much. She also has smaller dogs in her home, so she’s comfortable and familiar with all sizes of pups.

My yard is not currently fenced, so preferably your place where your fur baby is comfortable and safest!! As I wrote below, I love sticking to their routine as much as possible!

Information Aimee J. would like to know about your pet

What’s your routine? Any allergies? Behaviors that they’re working on (off, sit, etc)? Do you want them taken to the dog park? Any medications to be aware of? Trusted contact that can be contacted if I can’t contact you? Vet office information!

A typical day

I love to stick to THEIR routine! Do you usually take them on an hour long walk before bed? Dog parks? If your usual routine is snuggling them on the couch, I’m here for it! Dog parents know their pets well, and I like to continue what you do for them!
