It was my first time leaving my pet with someone else, and Agnie was very good in sending pictures and videos. She also administered oral medication to my dog, as needed. I recommend her!

Super unreliable! I was supposed to drop my dog off before 9 am and the sitter agreed. I showed up to her house at 9 am, texted her multiple times with no answer, and rang her doorbell. Sitter has no phone number listed on Rover to call. She answered me back once I left to ask if I was still there and that she was running late, I texted back to ask if she was home and got no answer. I never had a bad experience like this on Rover before! Just really unprofessional. At this point it was too late to book another sitter and I had to bring my dog to work with me, 20 minutes late since I had been waiting on this sitter. Do not book with her unless you are *super flexible* with what time you can drop your dog off & have nowhere to be.
