Agnese is a lovely approachable person. She is dedicated, professional and reliable. I had many opportunities to see her taking care of animals. It surprises me how an human being can be so communicative and bonded to an animal without need of words, just affinity. Her passion for animals is contagious. Since she was little her and her father took care of rescued horses and even a very funny donkey. This demonstrate her patience and experience in taking care of vulnerable animals. She owned several dogs, with them she is caring, loving, playful, but also knows how to be assertive in necessary situations. If I had a pet I would not hesitate to have Agnese taking care of it.
