Pet care experience
I'm a PhD student who will take the best care of your dog. I have had dogs for my whole entire life and am experienced dealing with senior dogs as well as very young puppies. I also volunteered at my local humane society as well as dog sitting my neighborhoods dogs. Throughout college I pet sat and walked dogs via Wag and another company in New York, earning only high ratings, and am currently rated a 4.85 on the wag app. I am particularly experienced with shy, skittish dogs, or those with anxiety, as well as with giving medication. I truly love dogs and will do my absolute best to make sure your dog stays happy and safe while it is in my care.

Aggee stayed at our house with Kelsi for a week while we went on vacation and we couldn't have been happier. We did a meet and greet the week before and Kelsi didn't even bark at her when he met her which is very, very rare. Aggee was easygoing and asked all the right questions. She sent us pictures, cute videos, and updates throughout the week. Kelsi was in great shape when we returned home. We will definitely ask Aggee to watch Kelsi again when she's home from college!

At any clients home, I like to quickly familiarise myself with where anything hazardous or off limits is, and make sure this is at the top of my head for quick referencing so I can make sure the animal is safe at all times. I always ensure the animal is in my sightline or in an area which is considered to be safe, and I make sure that I'm aware of any other animals or people which may cause distress. Additionally, I try to provide as much enrichment for animals as possible, because they need playtime and constant learning just as we do!

Before I sit a dog, I would want to know about any things they're afraid of or dislike( like loud noises), any bad habits they have (leash pulling, aggression), and of course things they like a lot (toys, treats etc). And finally I would like to know any medical conditions, and anything else that would help me better take care of your dog.
A typical day
On walks we would go to various parks of the city. If I walk your dog multiple times I would try to vary parks for a new experience each time. Assuming you're okay with it, I would also take them to the dog park for socialization with other dogs and playtime in general.

Availability
I work remotely and am currently on break from University so I have loads of free time to play with your lovely pups! As a researcher, I get lots of downtown in the day and set my own schedule, which is ideal for this type of work
