I've been taking care of pets since I was old enough to carry the bowl outside to feed our large dog. Pets are some of the most magical beings of love and light this world has to offer. And pet PEOPLE are some of the most magical people on the planet. Dogs deserve gobs of love, cuddles and patience. And dog people deserve to not worry about their furbabies when they are in someone else's hands. My specialty is learning what makes a dog tick, then adapting my care style to fit their needs. My wide range of experience with pets of all kinds makes me well-suited to take care of any size pet, with any medical or behavioral needs. I'll smother your baby in the love and patience they deserve. Afton and her partner took great care of my old dogs and was very patient with them and their challenges!
Afton took great care of my puppy, Yoshi, when she kept him for doggie daycare last week. I received several updates throughout the day. Afton is very patient and tolerant - Yoshi was much more vocal than usual trying to get her sweet dog, Indy, to play. I really appreciate their patience! I'd definitely recommend Afton!
Afton to the rescue! I had to change plans last minute, and luckily Afton was available to watch my babies for the weekend with hardly any notice. My friends who I was traveling with were all impressed with how many updates and photos I got during my trip. I could really relax and enjoy my weekend away knowing the pugs were having a great time and getting all kinds of attention from Afton and her friends!
Afton has kept my dog twice and both times has been wonderful. My dog, Gabby, is 16 years old and Afton is so sweet and patient with Gabby's various elderly dog issues.
