I wish I could leave a 5 star review because on our meet and greet Adrienne seemed awesome, capable, and like the perfect person to fill the hole in our life of a reliable dog sitter. She seemed understand what was expected and asked great questions. However, during her house sitting with two dogs stay in my home, I came home to a potty huge mess ( 11 spots where they peed and six piles of dog poop) in my basement where it appears that the dogs weren't taken care of or just trapped down there, given this situation makes me feel like my home wasn't taken care of and based on the way the home was left, it seems as if she didn't actually stay here. She didn't provide many updates, only one otherwise it was prompted by me asking for them and I was only provided one set of pictures even though I requested them when booking the service she stated that in home sitting doesn't require the same information as other services on Rover do ( duration of walk, time and amount fed etc..), she also said she was unaware of the mess, so if you do use her, I would recommend that it would be a service that isn't in homes sitting and make your expectations of communication clear.
