Growing up in Maine, I would run, cross country ski, and dog sled with my family's 3 Siberian huskies - so I have experience with energetic, sassy/stubborn, furry, and large dogs! I also have always had cats as pets and love spending time with them. I have a flexible schedule as I am a recent law school graduate awaiting the results of the July Bar exam. I begin full time work mid-October. More about me: I play piano, practice and teach yoga, and am quite active and would jog with your pup if requested and appropriate. I am detail-oriented and attentive, always putting your pets in good hands, and if house-sitting, your home will be tended to with respectful, safe supervision as well. I am great with houseplant care, and other general chores you may need while out of town!

Adrienne was absolutely wonderful taking care of Artemis! I appreciated how great she was at communicating and that she was prompt for all of the visits. I felt very comfortable knowing she was in good hands while I was away. Would definitely book again.
Adrienne did a great job taking care of our 2 cats. Great communication and kept us up to date with pictures during her visits. I think they were actually a little bit spoiled by the time we got back from all the attention. Would definitely choose Adrienne as a pet sitter again next time we're out of town!

Prior to sitting, I'd like to know of any behavioral issues (past or on-going), health/diet/special needs, preferred food portions, and whether the pup is sociable or if I should avoid other dogs while walking. Mostly, I want to know how aggressive he or she is towards strangers (humans and other dogs).
A typical day
We will search out quiet routes and parks to enjoy a walk or jog. If you have more of a house-bound pup, we can play inside or take it easy. If your dog is in training or learning new tricks, we can practice those.

I am currently awaiting the results of the recent Bar exam, so have a very adaptable schedule. Most week days and weekends, too, I regularly complete drop-ins, walks, and dog sit.
